Chest with pic 5-1

Dumbbell bench 60×10,100×15,155×7,120×15
Barbell inclines 135×20,225×20,315×12
Dips BWx35
Dumbbell incline flyes 40×20,20
Trained in my basement dungeon gym and filmed part of the training session and took a couple of pics at the end as well. I’m now 1.5 weeks out from the Mich and feeling pretty good. Looking at these pics as compared to my last show my overall size is better and especially in my arms and shoulders which were two areas I really wanted to bring up.

    Ive been doin every one of these training logs for the past 2 weeks.. mostly because my endurance was goin to shit for some reason and i need a reason to change the way i train. Visibly i see no difference.. but physically i feel better.. by going by this i force myself to do the weight id normally do but for more reps.. so now im goin to change my diet and see if theres a visible plan.. if so i’ll post a before md after picture on
